Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.
Taxes & duties
Product prices and shipping charges do not include import duties or local taxes. Depending on your country, customs or import charges may apply on delivery and are payable by the recipient. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are outside our control.
Tracking your package
After your tracking number is issued, it usually takes 3–5 business days for the first tracking update to appear. During international transit, updates may pause while your package travels between countries, and resume when it arrives in your country. Most packages can be tracked at 17track.net. If you cannot find your tracking information, please contact us at support@snapdealfy.com.
Lost or undelivered packages
In the unfortunate event that an item is lost in transit, Snapdealfy will replace it at no cost to you — please contact our support team at support@snapdealfy.com. Snapdealfy is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, so please check your address carefully when placing your order.
Multiple items
If you purchase multiple items in one order, we may ship them separately based on inventory, and they may not arrive at the same time.
