The open board measures 13 × 13 cm (5.1 × 5.1 in) — about the size of an outstretched hand. It's made for travel and quick games, not as a full-size home board. Folded, it's just 13 × 6.5 × 2.4 cm.

The Solid Wood Edition — a proper board, still travel-ready

Some games deserve more than plastic. The Solid Wood Edition is a walnut-tone wooden chessboard with a warm two-tone playing surface and rounded corners. Under the squares sits a magnetic core, and every wooden piece carries a magnet with a soft felt base — pieces stay where you place them, even if the table gets bumped, and glide without scratching the board.

It opens to a full-size board of about 15 × 15 in (38 × 38 cm) — room for a real game, with classic wooden pieces in light and dark finishes. Extra queens are included for pawn promotion, and so is a full set of checkers pieces: two games in one box.

When the game ends, the board folds in half and becomes its own storage box. Each piece has its own slot inside, two metal clasps lock it shut, and the whole thing is ready for a shelf, a suitcase or the car. A printed rulebook is in the box, too.
